Individual counselling

  • A 50 minute one on one counselling sessions that helps to reach your personal goals.

  • A comfortable and secure environment to share what is on your mind, your experience, hardships, vulnerability, and opportunity for growth.

  • My main goal is to support you with your goals, and offer challenges along the way to promote growth. We tackle self regulation, emotional competency, confidence, boundaries, as well as providing tools and techniques and post session homework to make sure you are on your way to success.

  • A session where you and your partner have an 50 minute or 80 minute session to build/rebuild a stronger connection

  • If the session is 50 minutes, each partner will have 15 minutes individually and the last 20 minutes together. If the session is 80 minutes, each partner will receive 20 minutes individually and 40 minutes together.

    During the session I will promote and create a safe, secure, and comfortable environment to ensure you’re able to be vulnerable and express your experiences. We will utilize exercises and tools to take home with you and practice until our next session.

  • The goal would be to build trust, connection, emotional intimacy, to have a stronger foundation, and to be a stronger team.

    The modality I utilize in couples counselling is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This modality emphasizes emotional connection, the use of empathy through verbal and non verbal communication, and to have a space to be heard.

    With exercises, tools and techniques to utilize and practice within sessions and outside of sessions, your relationship goals can be achieved.

  • Yes, this service is available to any couple who are seeking to foster a heathy and sustainable long term relationship.

  • Throughout the year I host support groups about different topics that I see there is a need for. If you are interested in a support group, or have an idea, please contact me!
